1. Revoke Google access
- Open your Google Account.
- Go to Security, then review third-party connections or apps with account access.
- Select CRM Solution BD Mail Exporter.
- Choose the option to remove or revoke access.
You may open Google's permissions manager directly at myaccount.google.com/permissions . Revoking access prevents the extension from making new Google API requests unless you authorize it again.
2. Remove local extension data
To remove locally stored saved searches, preferences, cached entitlement data, and device information:
- Open Chrome and enter
chrome://extensions. - Find CRM Solution BD Mail Exporter.
- Select Remove and confirm.
- Optionally revoke Google access using Step 1.
Before uninstalling, you may also sign out in the extension to clear cached authentication tokens. Exported CSV, Excel, JSON, and Google Sheets files are controlled by you and must be deleted separately from the device, cloud drive, downloads folder, or destination where you saved them.
3. Request backend account deletion
Send an email from the Google email address associated with your account to privacy@crmsolutionbd.com with the subject “CRM Solution BD Mail Exporter data deletion request.”
Include:
- The email address connected to the extension.
- A clear request to delete the account and associated eligible data.
- Whether you also want an active subscription canceled.
We may request reasonable verification to prevent fraudulent deletion. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days, unless applicable law permits or requires a different period.
4. What we delete
Subject to legal and operational requirements, deletion may include:
- Google account identifier, name, email, avatar URL, and last-login information.
- Backend API tokens.
- License assignments and device activations.
- Saved backend account preferences, where applicable.
5. What may be retained
We may retain limited information when reasonably necessary to:
- Meet tax, accounting, payment, legal, or regulatory obligations.
- Complete an active charge, refund, dispute, or subscription cancellation.
- Prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, or repeated trial misuse.
- Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Retained information will be limited, protected, and deleted or anonymized when the retention reason ends.
6. Gmail data on our backend
The service is designed not to store Gmail message metadata, snippets, email bodies, attachments, search results, or generated export files in the Laravel licensing backend. Therefore, there is normally no backend copy of Gmail export data for us to delete. Files you exported remain under your control and must be removed from their destination by you.
7. Confirmation
After processing a verified request, we will send confirmation to the requesting email address unless doing so is prohibited or technically impossible.
